MystroWare Automation, PICO, maintains full copyrights for computer software (ie: MystroWare™ & MaestroWare™) and online information consisting of electronic mail, libraries, searchable databases, entertainment, news, public forums, product presentation and sales, and private forums available via public access, by means of a personal computer with a telecommunications connection.
Please read this document carefully before using MystroWare™ or MaestroWare™ software or accessing any of our online information. By accessing and using our online information, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions provided herein, and the disclaimer of warranty.

Standards
MystroWare Automation's information contains copyrighted material, trade secrets, and other proprietary material. In order to protect them, you may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on MystroWare Automation's information in whole or in part.
Third-Party Sales and Services
Users of MystroWare Automation's information may order a variety of merchandise and services from third parties who are not affiliated with MystroWare Automation. All transactions concerning third-party (Seller) merchandise, including but not limited to purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance, and delivery, are solely between the Seller and User. MystroWare Automation makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods or services provided by the Seller. MystroWare Automation shall not be a party to such Seller transactions or be liable for the costs or damages arising, either directly or indirectly, from the actions or inactions of the Seller.
MystroWare Automation Rights
MystroWare Automation may elect to electronically monitor any public conference, for adherence to the MystroWare Automation Standards. MystroWare Automation, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse posting of information to public areas, including but not limited to discussion boards, databases, or libraries, and to remove such information that it deems to be unacceptable or in violation of MystroWare Automation's Standards. MystroWare Automation has the right to change or add services at any time without prior notice.
User License
MystroWare Automation's information is licensed, not sold, to you by MystroWare Automation for use only under the terms of this user Contract. User owns the diskette, hard disk, ROM, or RAM on which MystroWare Automation's information may be recorded, but MystroWare Automation retains title to all MystroWare Automation's information and all related documentation. Any violation of this license, or any violation otherwise of MystroWare Automation's common copyright(s) to any information covered under this copyright shall entitle MystroWare Automation to liquidated damages of not less than twenty-five thousand ounces in gold coin (99% pure gold or greater), and/or the right to charge you with criminal copyright infringement constituting a felony. Unless otherwise noted, the currency used throughout this website is the Dominican Republic Peso, for conversion to other major world currencies, please CLICK HERE As used herein, except where otherwise stated herein, the term: "USD" will mean(refer to) United States Federal Reserve Notes, the common currency of exchange in the United States. Except where otherwise stated herein, the terms: "Cash", "Cash Value", "Retail Value", "Face Value" , "dollar(s)" and/or the symbol "$" will mean(refer to the currency) Dominican Republic Peso or any major currency of any country (ie; Dominican Republic, Mexico, Switzerland, Germany, etc.) to be determined at the time of payment at the sole discretion and determination of the Company, and may be converted to it's equivalent in any major currency of any country based on choice of payment selected by the Company or Buyer hereunder, at the sole discretion and determination of the Company hereunder.

MystroWare Automation does not warrant that the services or the information contained in MystroWare Automation's information pages will meet User's requirements or that the operations of MystroWare Automation's information pages will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor does MystroWare Automation make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from the use of MystroWare Automation's information pages.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL MYSTROWARE AUTOMATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE MYSTROWARE AUTOMATION'S INFORMATION; OR THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND MystroWare Automation REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MYSTROWARE AUTOMATION'S RECORDS, PROGRAMS, OR SERVICES.
In no event shall MystroWare Automation's total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise, exceed the aggregate dollar amount User paid to MystroWare Automation under this Contract.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF MYSTROWARE AUTOMATION'S INFORMATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. MYSTROWARE AUTOMATION'S INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ORAL ADVICE OR WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY MystroWare Automation OR ITS AGENTS SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY NOR SHALL THE USER RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVICE.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold MystroWare Automation harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable counselor's fees, related to your violation of this User Contract, including any information, software, or other content involved.
Miscellaneous
This User Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the International Law of Contracts, except where such law conflicts with the Common Law created by the terms and conditions hereof. Entire Contract and Understanding
This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Company and the website user relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or advertising of any kind whatsoever, with respect to such subject matter; provided, however, that website user will also be subject to any additional terms and conditions of which the website user is notified in accordance with the provisions herein for changes, modifications and revisions, and to which the website user manifests consent in accordance with the rules, terms and conditions hereunder.
The Company's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Contract shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the Company in writing. Further, the Company's failure to enforce the website user's strict performance of any provision of this Contract will not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to subsequently enforce such a provision or any other provision of this Contract whatsoever. No waiver of any term of this Contract will be valid unless in writing and acknowledged in writing or electronically by both parties.
You may not assign this Contract, by operation of law or otherwise, without Company's prior written consent, and any assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Subject to the foregoing restriction, this Contract will be binding on and inure to the benefit of your successors and permitted assigns.
If any arbitrators or any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Contract to be unenforceable, such provision will be modified to render it enforceable in a manner calculated as to affect the original intent of the Company as nearly as possible, and the remainder of this Contract will continue in full force and effect.
By using this website, (ie; pressing any button, menu selection, link, or viewing any page) you (ie: "the website user") agree that you have read, understand and consent to all the rules, terms and conditions of this Contract, that it is your intention to be legally bound by such rules, terms and conditions, that you understand that and intend this Contract to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, that you understand and agree that all the rules, terms and conditions herein will be equally binding with the same lawful effect as if you signed a written paper contract.
